Ingredients:
• 1 Tbsp butter or Coconut oil
• 1/4 cup Almond meal/flour
• 1 tsp. Ground Flaxseeds
• 2 eggs (or egg beaters)
• 1tsp. cinnamon
• ¼ cup splenda (I like it sweet you can use less)
• 1 teaspoons Baking Soda
• Small handful of raisins
• Small handful of walnuts
Instructions:
Melt butter in small bowl and set aside.
Mix together the rest of the ingredients then add butter (or coconut oil) along with raisins and walnuts.
Cook in microwave approximately 2 minutes (your microwave might cook differently than mine; watch and stick a toothpick in when it comes out clean it is done).
