The mission of the OAC is to elevate and empower those affected by obesity through education, advocacy and support.
They are a National non profit organization dedicated to giving a voice to those affected by obesity. The OAC was formed to build a nationwide coalition of patients (many who are facing the often life-long struggle with obesity) to become active advocates and spread the important message of the need for obesity education.
